Social services was involved and found evidence substantial labeling partner cant be around child until counseling and anger classes are complete.

Parent B filed EPO on partner but later dropped it.

Parent B has been in a unhealthy relationships where partner has cut wrist, domestic violence, cops involved (separate times) all while child was present.
