C-Section incision leaking fluid and has a hard knot above it. I'm 3 days into antibiotics. Have any moms been through this?

Please someone tell me that you've been through this and the leaking can be normal...

I saw my OB 3 days ago (soonest I could get in) and she said I have cellulitis and put me on antibiotics.

It was also leaking a yellow Fluid that had no smell and I had no fever or tenderness.

About 10 days ago I noticed my lower abdomen was quite red and there was a sizeable knot above the left side of my incision.

I had a c-section 6 weeks ago and I was healing fine.
