People were looted for hours in Brahmanbarhia region where majority of Hindus inhabit

At least 15 temples and many houses belonging to Hindus were vandalized in Chittagong city of Bangladesh. The aftereffect of his Facebook post saw outrageous Bangladeshis and activists organizing a rally and demanding death for him. They even attacked, vandalised and looted Hindu houses and temples.
