The mannequin wedding will be officiated by Oil City Mayor William P

Vows will be exchanged at 1:00 p.m. on September 17, during the Cranberry Festival. Moon, Jr., followed by musical entertainment from DJ Phil Close. The winner will be chosen following the wedding ceremony. Participants may enter up to once a day per business until Friday, September 16. The winner must be present to claim the prize.
