A couple of weeks ago I received a call from her telling me she missed me and that could we please try talking again.

Eventually everything went south and we stopped talking for a few months after a big argument, I was upset it ended that way for a while but after a few weeks I was back to myself.

I felt trapped and at this stage I think she noticed how negative I'd become and started to message me a lot less, act very cold etc which hurt.

Eventually I brought the topic to her and asked her if she felt anything for me and she told me she didn't anymore which made it even worse.

Fast forward another 6 months and I started developing really bad anxiety when talking to her and jealous feelings when ever she told me she was hanging out with other guys which was a lot of the time.
