Parent has removed me from house, and is collecting payments for me as well as with holding my birth certificate, what can I do?

I am afraid of getting kicked out again and I will need to move out once I turn 18. I want to start saving but cannot get any income.I dont know what to do.

Not having a birth certificate is holding my back from getting a bank account (to get a job and support myself) i also cant get my Ls, Centrelink or a medicare care.

My sister and her fiance are going away for the weekend, I was told that I was not allowed to be home that weekend.

I called my mum last week, to try to sort things out, she began saying that this was all my fault and that she didn't do anything.
